In March 2021 Peritus Childcare Sales as the exclusive brokers completed the sale of 6 high performing childcare centres for $43m. The six centres, located in Marsden Park, Riverstone, Schofields, Woodcroft (2) and Box Hill provide a total 452 childcare places. The $42.95m total transaction was brokered exclusively by Peter Fanous of Peritus Childcare Sales following an international expression of interest campaign, attracting significant interest from across Asia and Australia including major national operators, global private equity firms and family offices. Peritus has settled over $150m of completed sales in 2019/2020 and $380m of completed childcare due diligence and transaction advisory services In 2019/2020 Peritus Childcare Sales as exclusive brokers and advisors successfully negotiated the sale of a portfolio of 8 childcare centres to a Singapore listed group  for $40.84m. Peritus Childcare Sales exclusively ran the competitive auction and bid process involving local and offshore groups and negotiated the complex transaction over a nine-month period.
